The facilities were good. The water from the tap and shower flow was fast. The cleanliness was not enough such as at the edge of every corner of table and sofa was not clean enough and under the bed or sofa can still see rubbish and dust. Location is nice (only 5 minutes to Pura by car) and the view of lake from the restaurant rooftop is superb.

Good location walking distance to the Ulun Danu Temple, staff are very polite and friendly, villa is spacious, lawn extremely well maintained, breakfast is ok.

For the price i paid wasn't so bad for a whole house with 3 bedroom. But the hotel needs maintenance. Water shower smells unpleasant

The room itself is very shabby. Since I was there 7 years ago not much has changed and just got very old. At nights it's also very cold. The carpet was really dirty. The kettle was all in mould and it was disgusting to use it. A lamp near the bed couldn't be turned on because there are no power sockets near.

On the photos the hotel looks super nice. The main building us very modern and beautiful, but villas unfortunately are quite old. My room was a little sad with a very strange paint-shattered wall and a hole above the bed. The mirrors were very old and covered in years. The architecture of villas is beautiful. Location is perfect. But villas are in real need for renovation

Great Villa with beautiful location (Ulun Danu & Handara gate nearby). You get lake view from balcony. Staff is very nice and helpful. Food is also great. They also arranges scooter or cab if needed. Enjoyed staying here.

Pertama kali menginap di daerah bedugul dan coba hotel ini. Overall saya suka hotel ini, lebih mirip vila 2 atau 3 kamar. Jadi kalau kamu sewa 2 kamar maka akan dibuka 2 kamar saja dan 1 kamar lagi dikunci. Ada dapat sofa, dapur kering, meja makan. Klo ada lebih dari 1 keluarga sih enak buat ngumpul, cuma lokasi hotelnya di tanjakan jadi kalau bawa mobil harus yang lebih expert ya, breakfast bawa bocil juga tdk dipersulit dan enak namun bisa diperbanyak lagi pilihan menunya. View di resto juga bagus dan instagramable.
